Wanted to say Hi. I'm new to the vinyl cutting end of the sign game but not the game it self. Been in it for 30 years on my own run a 45' crane truck. Have drug an X-acto knife thought miles of grip mask... sprayed gals on grip flex and pulled quill on board... glass... brick and auto using 1 shot digitally as in right hand Old School. But the last few years the old paws don't work like they use too... youth wasted on the young. Thought I had a nice little package cutter and flexi turned out to be not as advertised and I stuck looking again. Found this place thought I'd look around and maybe get some help or give some if I can. Thanks and Hello

Don't know to much about your cutter or any to tell the truth. But I do know electrical. See if it has a bad fuse. I do know that it should have a small one the could be bad. Check in the manual should tell you where to look and amperage for replacement. Just a thought.

Got a call from fella looking for a sign repaired. Went I get there it's a motel/sign express. Long story short... said he bought the system for his son to run... son moves on and is some IT now, had seen them in the book for years. Did deal on new sign delivered and picked up cutter and LT and what not. All looked ok as far as I could tell. Flexi 7.6 and a GCC S-60. Turns out programs are hacked copies bogus key. Found that out while trying to get the plotter drive installed. Now I have to chase the guy through court and hope they make it right. Guess if I had been more computer literate and program savvy this would not of happened . Like I said late to this end of the game and can't afford to retire... but then again who can. And that put me into the hunt for a system I can uses.
