AshComputers I've never won anything, but what the hey. I'm in too!

heheeheh I think he plugged in the serial cable and away it went. I've had my LP for 2 to 3 weeks and this thing flies!!!!!! Talk about a great cutter for the price! You have to READ and see what everything says.... use a SERIAL CABLE, and DO NOT use Flexisign with it. Signcut ROCKS!!!! Inkscape and SBE also!!!!!
READ BEFORE YOU JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS PEOPLE!!!! I bet 99.9% is user ignorance!!!
My 2 cents

Yeah Those guy's are the best. I'll sure give them a huge thumbs up. Along with BJ and the rest of the guy's on this forum. They really frickin rock!!!!!!!!
I can get my vinyl a few bucks cheaper, but let me tell ya, you can't beat the speed from USCutter man, I did the same as you. Looked up and there it was, I was like, huh....... ehehehehe
Thanks USCutter!!!!!!

Ok, well, that didn't do it either... ahhh never had a program i couldn't open something with.
Wonder if it would do me any good to ask signcut to expand their extention usage.... naaa not going to try it lol
Thanks for the help

I'm importing from Coreldraw x4, and that might be the issue.... bitmap leftovers. I'll check that out
Thanks for the help guy's!
Much appreciated as well
P.S. What's the best way to strip out the bitmap?
-
Ok, I've tried every format known to mankind, AI. EPS, etc etc etc
I saved my file in Coreldraw as an .EPS and other and can't for the life of me get Signcut to open it.
Any suggestions, except for the obvious nuclear bomb on Coreldraw... lol
I also have Flexisign, but am not going anywhere near this Laserpoint 24 with it since I saw when I bought it it WAS NOT compatible with Laserpoint 24.
Thanks for any help in advance

Now that made my night hahahahaahah I was looking at what you guy's were saying and I was waiting on the shift button part, then all of a sudden 22 chimed in, it was unexpected and made me spill and spit coffee all over the stupid floor (Had to get big mop) hahahahaha Man, you just made my day BIGTIME! lol
:'( :'(
P.S. I mopped after choking half to death on coffee I didn't get out of my mouth in time, thank goodness it was on tile floor or the misses would have choked the rest out of me lol

I'm new, but not new. Sorry I forgot about this page before I started posting.
I've been reading this forum for around 4 months or so. I've been in computers for 28+ years. Programming, engineering, etc. etc. etc.. You guy's are GREAT! I love every little bit of information I have received from here. I have a retail shop in N.C. and I just don't dive right in on something before I do my research. That's the only reason I purchased from USCutter, because of you guy's. BannerJohn you rock man!!!!! And if noone hasn't told you in awhile... YOU REALLY ROCK! I learned alot of this from you! People ask you questions and I see them never reply or just leave this forum, and I see you just keep helping and helping!!! I'm more than sure they never forget you either. I sure won't!
Thank's to everyone else, feel like I know you guy's... wish I did know some of you in real life, you seem to be so awesome! I love people, yes there are some that are short tempered, but hey all of us are ignorant in some way or other or we wouldn't be humans!
Anyhow, thanks so much for all you do!

That's the reason I decided to buy a cutter from here.

Where did Lara go??? This has me astonished. All this over a $1.00 sticker. What a mess the U.S. is in. It's rediculious. Glad you posted this Lara and hope you get back soon. And hope your doing fine from the surgery. Good people being ran over by huge firms is what kills me. I could see if they were starving to death. I own Dewalt and B & D and I can assure you I will NEVER buy one thing from them again. We have several hundred of their products and all they did by doing this is shoot themselves in the foot!
The first thing I would have done is call the local paper and then contacted world news companies online and made the biggest issue you ever saw over this! Geezzz I mean your advertising for them hhaahaah
PLEASE OH PLEASE use my logos and print them at your own cost to give me "FREE ADVERTISING"!!!!!!
Oh... and btw, don't e-mail me and ask for my permission either because I love other customers to see my companies name posted everywhere in the world so people can see.
Anyhow I'm done venting, good luck to you Lara

Magnetic Car Flag Poles
in General discussion
Posted
Hey Guy's,
Does anyone know where I can get a supplier for these magnetic car poles. You know, like the funeral homes use. I have a customer wanting these with flags in printed vinyl letters. I'm going nuts trying to find these things on the net. The ones I found you had to be either a Church or Funeral home to buy these things. The one's I did find they wanted like 14 bucks for them, outrageous price for a base and pole. If any of you use these please please give me a heads up.
Thanks
