When i put mine in the front hole it cuts perfect but the blade is not close to the white strip. When I put it in the back hole it cuts good but if it cuts a straight line left to right it don't cut a complete line it is like little bunch of cuts that are not join i have to manually cut it with knife long cuts are perfect it is the left to right cuts

I have a creation pcut ct 630 my machine just stops blade down and on the LCD screen it is saying waiting this only just started i have only had this machine 4-5 mths i have to reboot when this happens and for some reason my mouse curser turns black it is generally white on screen I think there is a conflict with com2 but i un hoooked the printer and everything that is usb I have ruined about 20 feet of vinyl trying to get a job done fro a customer that only require lettering 20 inches x 6 inches

What is the cost for this chip?????

I have a creation ct630 and am runnig winpc sign it was working perfect I also use a master xp24 and it was runnig perfect but now this week i have ruined more vinyl then i care to remember, both cuts and half way through the cutter stops responding on the creation the lcd screen says waiting, on the master the blade goes down and stays down and somtime starts going again but the blade is down and cuts right through the vinyl i have tried different cables and a pc and then my laptop lots of ram 2 gigs in both. any ideas

I had a chanced to buy couple rolls off 48" cheap I bought them and CHopped them with my Chop saw worked out great got 2 rolls for next to nothing they were at a clarence sale

I have a US cutter 24" creation when I cut a rectangle 6" X 45" I get a rectangle 6" on one end but it goes off about half way down and I end up with about 6 and a 1/4 on the other end I tried a square 6" x 6" and it was exact, I want to make longer stripes I need a couple 6" X 80" but am afriad to try them I managed to save the 6" x 45" but cutting them with a straight edge. any ideas on what to do with this When i roll the vinyl out it looks good ,looks on track no problem I tried sign blaze that came with it ,and alos tried wipcsign

Thanks Jerry i didn't think it was a signblazer issue because it did the same thin in winpcsign I don't have a middle pinch roller I did roll it out and back again seem to go ok , it is reflective vinyl I wonder if I should put more pressure on the pinch rollers?

Thanks , but mine didn't come with a serial option either I replaced the USB cable but same issue maybe I should try Some hot glue or something.

Thanks ,but that file causes a runtime error in winpcsign I can open any other file that is on my machine with winpcsign but when i try that on i get a system error it says a runtime error

Yep downloaded it and when i import ai/eps file in winpcsign there is nothing there
