Thanks Rich to bad for your nightmares with the company. I wouldn`t go out and buy one at that price $1800.00 for a toy I don`t think so. Had a guy make me a $500.00 offer today I just might sell it to him. Coaster I`m building a 4 X 8 and my friend is building a 4 X 4. Have a set of plans to go by but everything will be beefed up for more stability. All motors will be at leased double the size. Were in the middle of puting a parts list and cost sheet together. Carvewright has it`s own software, it`s a little hanky but it gets the job done. Short learning curve but it works. The machine is very finicky, have to follow it`s procedure to the letter. A new machine goes for about $1800.00, I definitely wouldn`t pay that for it, but for a c note what the hell. it`s fun. mark-s

What program are you using. Illustrator or Corel? Need to install the cutter drivers in that software. mark-as

This is how I was taught how to do it. Cut three separate layers include registration marks. Lay the first one down with registration marks On the next 2 cut out the registration marks with an xacto knife through the transfer tape Line them up and perfect every time. mark-s
