Ok, looks like WinXP assigned it COM3.

I used that in Sign Cut Pro, and it works!

Yay!

Now to figure out the rest haha

This machine has SignCut Pro on it..

I can hear a 'ding dong' when I plug it up, so I assume it finds it (no errors)..

Stick to XP if you're able to. The cutter will not show up as a printer in Windows. Check your Device Manager in Windows to see what COM PORT Windows has assigned to it, then make sure that it's the same COM PORT number in your chosen cutting software. The USB number that has been assigned to it needs to be under #4.

I have a MH-721 I am trying to use with a WinXP machine.

Do I need a specific driver to use it with USB?

I can't see that it actually does anything or shows up.

I have newer machines (Win10), would that be better to use?
