I have been using my Graphtec ce5000-40 with cutting master 2 on a pc for a long time. Yesterday I don't know what happened but my cutter keeps erroring out. I tried changing the command from hp-gl to gp-gl and it errors in both modes. tried resetting the defaults and no luck. what am I doing wrong? when I load the media and press roll 2 it measures the width then shoots the whole roll through the cutter.
