m24 0 Posted August 24, 2008 hi i bought my pcut about two years ago without taking it out of the box until today. i want to install the usb driver and the blue disk it came with, but the problem is i am using vista and the sheet that the cutter came with is not showing me how to install via vista. i am sure it is a simple process can someone please help me with the step by step process to connect usb driver via vista? thank you.[/b] Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

m24 0 Posted August 24, 2008 HI. I PUT THE SOFTWARE IN BUT IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. IT WILL JUST TAKE ME TO THE FOLDERS WITHIN THE SOFTWARE AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING RIGHTNOW. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest sciondrgn Posted August 25, 2008 Put the Blue Disc in and plug your cutter up via the USB, Windows Vista should automatically grab the FTDI drivers for you, If it does not then select the install from disc and point it to your drive to install. I did not need my blue drivers disc at all when I installed in on Vista Sp1 Next you will need to install whatever cutting software you want to use. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
