sportsnthings702 0 Posted August 16, 2010 Hello all! I ordered some jerseys from teamwork and the medium measures the same as the larges,but are labeled differently. The problem is that i didn't find this out until the customer picked them up,which means i had already printed them . So,my question,where do i go from here? Who is at fault for the size mix up? NetherX 0 Posted August 16, 2010 Well it definitely isn't the customer's problem. They aren't going to care about your labor or your materials, just their finished product. Teamwork may replace the mislabeled products, but they probably aren't going to pay for your lost time or materials either. You probably will end up eating it on this one, bad luck sometimes.
