not cutting letters right

my creation 630 24 " uscutter is not doing a good job on lettering

the lettering is not straight like on the  software winpcsign

when i cut the works the blade makes funny cuts when changing direction

i well have to get a picture to expain it better i guess any ideas on any settings

In the cutter window there is a setup option. Check the OFFSET setting. It should be .25.

Where exactly do i find that in the software winpcsign or on the cutter itself
