Blade "carrier" always hitting the red button?

your graphic is being printed too close to the button. Put the plotter offline. and set home on the vinyl close to the edge of the vinyl on the right side (blade holder side of the actuator tot he red button. Home it with the target button. then put back online. You have to home it everytime you want a new spot for printing the vinyl.
