I have a drawback with my US CUTTER MH 721-MK2 plotter, I bought it 10 months ago and it worked perfectly, then I stopped it for 2 months and when I turned it on it did not want to work, we kept it off and now it looks to turn on the screen but it does not start much less Short, just turn on the red dot on the board and the tac-tac-tac blade trolley sounds without starting, please, if anyone can give me instructions on this, I would be very grateful.
