  1. Not sure about calibrating those registration marks but the vacuum turns on as soon as you start a job or move your gfit rollers or cutter carriage when you press the arrow keys in off line mode. You can hear the vacuum motor revving up right before the rollers or carriage moves
  2. After talking to UScutter they told me that the 54" will only have the 5 grit rollers spaced 15" apart from here on. I was wanting to exchange mine I just ordered for a 7 roller model but it seems they won't be available anymore. I am returning it for a full refund! They even let me keep the vinyl they sent with it! On a side note SAGA is the manufacturer of the Titans, their SAGA line of cutters are identical to the Titans but they don't seem to be moving to the 5 roller design? Did UScutter change the product in order to save money our is SAGA crippling the Titans in order to sell more SAGAS? I would really like some light shed on this topic as my curiosity is eating me alive!

Titan 3 54" grit roller issue

Just bought a Saga 54" off eBay for $1254 ($1100 +$154 shipping). I believe the one I am getting is the one the Titan 2 is based on. This cutter still has all 7 grit rollers!

Titan 3 54" grit roller issue

Ok, made some calls, talked to some people and here is what I have found out. When I called asked about all of this I was told this was a special model that wasn't supposed to be in there regular inventory, I told then I understood and I would accept a proper replacement. They started the RMA process and said they would ship me a 7 grit roller titan and told me they would pick it up today. I packed it up my titan, loaded it in my truck, took it to work and told or shipping guy about the situation..... It's 4:15 and no one has picked it up. UPS and FEDEX have both been here but no one had a pickup scheduled. I get off work and call USCutter. I find out that this IS the new production model and that all their titan 3 53" cutters are made with only 5 grit rollers now meaning you cannot cut anything under 15" width. I am returning my titan for a full refund (they are covering all shipping charges). I'm a little pissed so I called CutterPros and asked about the ARMS 53" SAGA,(this is the same cutter as the Titan 3 made by the same manufacturers) I talked to a very nice lady named Jennifer. I asked how many grit rollers the SAGA had and she said the display model on their floor has 7. I explained the issue with the Titan and she said she would check her newest stock to see if their new SAGAs reflected the changes in roller configuration. They pulled a brand new one out of the warehouse and it has 7 rollers!! So as of right now the SAGA still has the old configuration but it cost $2018!!! This sucks! I can't afford a $2000 machine and I need to cut 48" vinyl but also need a machine that can cut small width so as not waste all of this scrap! Any suggestions

Titan 3 54" grit roller issue

This is a pic of the 54" I added a picture of the full series of Titans below and you can clearly see the 7 pinch rollers on the 54"
  10. Hello, I bought a Titan 3 54" last week, pretty cool machine. I am confused about the grit roller layout? In the picture on the website it shows the 54'' Titan 3 with 7 grit rollers (2 spaced closely at the beginning for smaller material) and 5 others across the rest of the deck. The one i received has 5 grit rollers spaced 15'' apart. This is one of the reasons I bought it, i have a large amount of 12" material on hand and i cant use it because the grit rollers are spaced 15'' apart? Did they change the design? does anyone have a titan 3 54'' with 7 grit rollers? I will include pictures below, the first 2 are of my Titan 3 and the third is from the website. What do you think i should do? PS. Im sure I have the Titan 3 not the Titan 2 or the original Titan, you can clearly see the vacuum holes in my picture and only the Titan 3 has a vacuum. Here is the shot of all of the Titan 3 cuttersThis guy has a 28" not a 54
