  1. Im using a pcut ct-630 and every time i draw a square in signblazer (just say 50mm x 50mm) and then cut it, the first line is always slightly longer where the last line should join, and the last corner it cuts curves in. this is making it difficult to weed and ofcourse its inaccurate Basically first corner is curved with a slight line coming off it and the rest are square as they should be Any ideas? Thanks
  2. Ive just notice that part of my cutting strip dips lower than the rest. I have a ct630 anyone know where i can get a replacement strip? and how do u change it? Im in the Uk Thanks

  5. Right. i have bought new blades from clean cut and my cuts are still wrong. When i do a test cut it will cut the rectangle but leaves an extra tail on one corner Does anyone know why? Could it be the x and y scale? ive tried changing this but didnt really notice any difference Sorry u cant really see it on pic so i have drawn what it looks like aswell

    Script font problems

Im using signblazer with a pcut ct630 and every time i do some words in edwardian script, everytime i cut it or view the outline, where the letters join instead of continuing itmarks each letter leaving little circles. How to i stop this? any ideas
  7. AHHH Yes Thanks, i forgot about using weld in corel. Signblazer does have weld.

  9. Ive tried getting a ticket with us cutters but i cant phone them as im in the uk im going to uploaded some pics to show u but basically when cutting it cuts corners and leaves stray cuts Im using singblazer and ive tried changing the offset from 0.00 -1.00 but nothing works. i even tried a 60 degree blade as i currently uase a 45, all that did was make me not get a complete cut.
  10. SORRY I HAD MISSREAD WHAT I WAS ASKED If i use the pen with offset 0.00 Its perfect. no stray line etc... If i do a test cut with the pen, again its perfect. As soon as i use a blade, no matter what offset i try it comes out wrong
  11. no it doesnt have an offset on the plotter. i sent the file to odokie and he tried cutting it and it came out fine.
  12. what is your default x and y scale settings on the pcut its self? Maybe its got somthing to do with that. I pay
  13. when using a 60 degree blade the cuts never even completed. it wouldnt close the cut and i tried different offsets
  14. the A was at 0.25 I really sont think its an offset problem as i have tried from 0.00 - 1.00
  15. thanks for the reply. i dont mean the weed lines. you can see on the word racing the centre of the g the a and the dot on the i the little line coming off. the A by its self is a better example. it does that to most words leaves a little line on the outside and either cuts the corner when cutting the middle section or again leaves a little line
  16. Just today everytime i cut a decal, where the blade either starts or ends the cut for each letter it leaves a random cut (one little line coming off each letter) Any ideas?
