Looking for some help again I have a customer who wants me to cut these letters. She wants me to add a pink outline around each letter and I have no clue how to do that in either illustrator or signblazer. Any help would be much appreciated!! r.ai r.ai

Hey all--I keep it simple with vinyl and generally just cut lettering and simple things. I've got someone who wants me to do this cupcake image and they want to install themselves. Would I layer the decal before I give it to the customer? Or just give them a bunch of different pieces? They have never installed a decal, so I would think it might be a bit tricky for them to try and install themselves in several pieces....Just looking for some input on what I should do. As always, thanks for any ideas!!

Hey guys. This forum has been such great help! I've been doing plenty of 1 color signs/decals, but really don't have the hang of 2 colors. I'm not even entirely sure how to ask what I'm looking for, so go easy on me I have a 2 color logo that I need to cut. I sort of get how to do registration marks, but with the way my file is, I will have to be 100% spot on. When I go to cut in Signblazer, the green is just an outline. Is there a way to have the green filled in as opposed to just an outline so that I have a little bit of breathing room for error? I hope this is making sense! Well...No one from USCutter ever called me. I e-mailed them twice with my information and never heard anything. But, all of a sudden yesterday, the WAITING message after each cut went away and I no longer have to turn it on/off after each cut. So, while I don't have any answers, just thought I would update!

I'm using some stuff I got off Ebay, which I'm guessing is pretty cheap. I'll try resetting the blade and see if that helps. Thanks for the tips

Complete newbie here and am sooo thankful for this board and the people on it I've been cutting stuff mostly to get down how it works. I've noticed on a few things I cut, usually smaller letters that the vinyl starts peeling away while it's still getting cut....I thought maybe it was speed so I slowed it down and it is still doing it....Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?? Thanks for any input!

Someone from uscutter emailed me saying they think they can get me set up via a phone call...So once that happens, I'll post the results!

Thanks to all the very helpful posts on here, I got everything working. Everything appears to be fine, except that whenever I finish a job, my machine says WAITING. I switch it off and on again and then it goes back to the ONLINE mode. Is there a step I am missing when I finish a job that I am supposed to be doing?

Hope this is the right place for my post Just got a 24" laserpoint to help out my printing business. The thing the call an instruction manual is a joke. I can't even figure out the stand. Is there any where I can go for better instructions? I tried e-mailing USCutter and they sent me to http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=10&pcid=0&nav=0 Which doesn't even open for me. Also, it said it comes with SignBlazer, but I only got one disc...Is it buried on the disc somewhere? Thanks for any input...Hope I didn't get myself in over my head!
