Can anyone tell me where the tension screw is? I took both end caps off and am just not sure where to tighten up the belt - thanks for any help!

Thanks so much for your super quick response! I did try unrolling the vinyl and that didn't work. I am only using a 24" roll at this point...and that worked fine for the first 20 or so. It is small lettering that I am doing so I slowed down the speed. How do I check the belt - so sorry...I am very new! Thanks so much!

And now when it gets stuck it makes a squeaking noise.

I just purchased a MH1351 - it worked great for the past 2 days...and about 20 decals. Now, one of two things happen. Either the vinyl does not advance at all (and the roller bars keep moving) or it will start cutting but then get stuck for a second and move on...stuck...move on. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

I just purchased a MH1351 and had it running great for the first few days. I am only cutting letters - I am attaching a picture of what is happening - it should say "you are here," - you will see that a space was added between the "y" and "o" and no space is between "are" and "here" - and the "e" and "r" in "here" were destroyed. MH1351 Flexi Starter machine is grounded using keyspan adapter Any ideas as to what is going on? I have cut this design many times in the past with no problems.

Still not working...I was able to pull up the character map for this font but it has a lot of blanks. But, I can't even get the ones that are listed on there to pull up using alt+the assigned number.

I could totally be using the wrong terminology! I am looking at the this character chart... http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/laura-worthington/sheila/sheila/characters.html But I suppose my question is really for any font that has these extra characters.

The font is "Sheila" - it is there but there is a character map (glyphs) that are included but I can't figure out how to use them...or if I can use them with flexi.

I am trying to figure out how I can use glyphs with flexistarter/windows. I hope I am asking this in a way that makes sense...I just downloaded a new font and it has special characters that I am dying to use but I can't figure out how. Thank you!

I finally got around to ordering the above usb adapter - it looks like I need an additional cord to make it fit the machine? I must be missing something here - can anyone help? Thank you!

Thanks! My problem is not consistent...some large decals are fine and others are not. I even cut the same decal two times in a row (and shut the cutter off in between)...the first time was fine and then it took 3 or 4 tries before I could get it cut again. Does that still sound like a memory issue? Also, anyone know which usb adapter would work for the mh721? Thanks so much.
