i have signblazer my cutter is not listed ive tried every cutter on there to see if it would support my cutter

i have two program's on my computer sign-cut pro/sign-blazer iv always used both programs for different things and always worked well but sign-blazer has stopped working not showing the com USB port on the program any one got any idea
