In inckscape how do i select a certain color so i can change that color to another color? hope that question makes sense

This is something that i cant figure out. After you import and image can you make it one solid color with just a few clicks? i did a yahoo search but cant find anything or maybe im not searching the right words. any help would be greatly appreciated.

well the thing is i was trying to convert the image to all black before tracing to see if i can get it to trace the lines a little better.

if anyone is willing to help me just let me know and give me your email. I have an image im trying to make just black and white. its in gray scale now and i have certain things i would like to be white and others i would like to be black. if you can help let me know.

yes i have. Basically trying to get the inside of the shield white and everything else black. trying to cut it.

Alright so i saved my file in inkscape as a *.esp and opened it in SB. once i opened it in SB i added text to it and then went to cutter. the text does not show up in the cutter preview nor does it cut the text. i have saved the file with the text in a SB file. any help?

its not working with them being not vectorized. its really starting to get frustrating.

yep. it likes to say 1 of the objects is not a path. remember these are 2 images that have been vectorized. dont know if that changes anything.

thats exactly what i want but it wont do it for some reason. ive high lighted both and hit the exclusion and it wont do it.

its not an esp yet and if i do that then it wount matter because it will be 1 image. i have 2 images. i want to over lay one image onto the otehr but have the section thats in the middle of image A to be whited out and then the rest of image b that over hangs from image a to be black like the rest of image a is. in inkscape its call exclusion in the path drop down. but i cant get it to work.

every once and a while it will say one of the items is not a path, cannot perform boolean operation.

heres the deal. i have 2 images in inkscape i want to do an exclusion how do i do that i have tried overlaying the images and then clicking exclusion and it wont do it. im trying to get the top image to be white in the main part of the second image but be black on the outside of the second image. both have been vectorized.

I took a bitmap and traced it and converted it to a .esp. my question is, is there a way to clean up the text with out having to do it by individual node points? or is there any one who is good at doing this that can help?

i dont think the mh721s have 4megs i believe they only have 1 meg i just upgraded mine and since my "work computer" crapped out i am moving it to my personal desktop which does not have a serial port on it. im going to see how well it does with the now 4megs.

well i have built computers before many times. are these mobos a little more sensitive than computer mobos?

i ordered the memory was told by levi it was a good idea since what i cut has a lot of nodes.

does it come with install instructions? just want to know where exeactly the mobo is that i would instll it into.
