  1. Different strokes for Different Folks , They all call me Gooddeal. I don't want their business one time, I want all their business Forever!
  2. $6 a sq ft single color [+ 60% added color ] $2.50 to press / No warranty on the shirt = no recourse for being cheap.
  3. If you take the 5786 sq inch's divide by 144 to get sq ft = 40.180 sq ft x $12 a sq ft = $482. Or at $10 per sq ft = $401 or average at $11 = $441.98 Now when it comes to getting the old glue off bleach works fastest / that's where you need the higher price. I'd figure 2/3 of a 24 x 10 yard roll @ $21 plus $10 shipping or $21.66 vinyl cost . Quality is a Bargin at any price.
  4. Prcut and weed your vinyl and display. Take a generator and heat press with you. Have them choose and pay then press em. You won't carry unsold items any more - save materials and don't waste cash. One size does not fit all!

    6 panel hat

I have added a piece of red rubber gasket material to mine . I pre heat the hat 3 or 4 seconds . Then I'll lay the vinyl down and heat for 1 or 2 seconds to pre shape , then center and align the vinyl. I will reach under and pull the hat tight before final appling. Truth is you will have some culls

    Class Action Lawsuit?

Ya'lls Hospitality needs a little more warmth. But to read between the lines I gather that we need an extra ground line to the cutter and stand. Do we need to ground though the electric circuit or ground it to a pipe? My copam 2500 was very difficult to understand during set up / it has done just fine and is paying it's own way.

I started the homemade screen press

A swivel for a boat seat has worked just fine vs a lazy Susan. You may also want one of your stations to be covered with a 16 x16 floor tile. You can flash on the other three , heat the tile and use it as a final dryer. We used to burn the screens with a ultra violet fluorescent bulb [ BBY ] in a home made light box. We ordered bulbs from Bulbman in Reno Nev. I suggest that you adapt one arm to screen print signs.

    New business strategy

Over 30 years ago I learned that you need to have at least 3 Trades. In today's economy you need at least 9. The vinyl supports interest in the other 8.

    Screen Print Equipment.

I had a 4 color /4 station. For final drying I installed a 16 x 16 floor tile to one of the stations. I used the flash unit to heat the tile for the final drying. Worked just fine for 1,000's of shirts. Never got a single one back. Vinyl & a heat press is a much simpler way.
  10. I charge 15 for singles or 12.50 ea per dozen [ add $2 for extra XL ]. Over 48 sub out. I always have the responce that they want them Cheaper. I just tell the that "Quality is a Bargin " I can do them on a rag shirt cheaper or use a good one that will fit right and last for years. I have no interest in being the cheapest , I don't do this for practice. Hats start at $10 or $99 a dozen / Hats pay better.

    6 panel hat

Can we heat press on a foam front hat? Need to order for stock but wondered if they melt or burn .
  12. a registered Trade mark must include some form of artwork or symbol . If you try to Trade mark words only USPTO [TESS] will reject your application , mark the app abandoned and keep all of you $$$$$$
  13. 12 years on a Stahls hot one 16 x 16. Changed the t stat once / they sent it for free. That includes years at the Flea market - why buy a copy cat?

    wrinkling after washing!!!!

I bought 5 rolls from Autry , wasted money. Not only shrinkage but the florescent orange and green wimped to pink & baby puke on black shirts. I felt sorry for their sales lady - no wonder she's not making any money. She bit my face off when I wanted to sent it back. Needs a white backing , Siser next order

    Bitmap vs. Vector

I too am trying to cut an image. I have imported it into SignBlazer trial and changed it to monochrome and vectorized it but in the process, I have lost the image - only cut the basic outside but lost the interior cuts. Any suggestions?
