    WOW thank you. I did check my port and i says USB001 I do see COM1-4 but its not on those. Would that make a difference?

    Hello, Does anyone had any issues with the cutter stopping in the middle of the of a job? It wont even finishing one letter. Have any ideas what is causing the interruption?

    I have the this green template material for rhinestones. and I am trying to cut with what I tihnk is 60 degree blade. I have tired changing the pressure. Went from 80 to 100 140 to 40.pPlease explaine how the pressure work. I tried extending the blade . I am using winpcsign 2014. I have no problems with regular vinyl, but this material is much thicker. Please help?
