  1. Hey Lisa, Make sure your blade holder is seated all the way down in the carriage and make sure the thumb screw is tight. I had the same issue and found the pressure off the cutter was pushing my blade holder up as it was cutting. It would start out cutting fine until about three quarters of the cut it would barely cut through the vinyl. I made sure the blade holder was seated all the way down, and that it was tight in the carriage and now it cut's fine. Hope this helps!

    Help. any image to cut

Hey Mark, in your image of signcut the size is reading 4X4? in the boxes under image in the first column it reads 4.000X4.000 which would be 4"X4" and the cross is still a cross, the border dots are just covering the lines. did you try cutting it?

    Two Layter Graphics

after sending your file to sign cut, look to the right hand top corner. you should see "color boxes" of the colors of your graphic. click a color and sign cut will show only the images that are that color, and will only cut those images. do that with each color until your cutting is done. Taz

Page orientation from Corel X3 to Signcut X2

click the rotate tool in sign cut (red arrow on the left hand side) then at the bottom of the page click 90 degree arrow. that should solve your problem. Taz
