Hello, i had recently got myself a ct630 vinyl cutter, set it up, and just about works perfectly except the blade holder does not move up and down as it should. When i give a design to cut it moves as if to cut but since the blade wont come down and up it wont cut anything. I searched so many places for an answer but haven't found a single solution for this. Could the knife carriage be broken. p.s. this cutter is a new one
