Not sure what else to call them. but On some of the letters It cuts it is kinda like when the blade makes the trip around it doesn't cut all the way back to where it started leaving a little tag that tries to hang up when I weed it. I've tried my blade offset at 0 .15, .20, and .25 and it hasn't made much difference. Is there another setting that I need to change.

When I start my cut on vinyl sometimes it will suck the vinyl in about 4-5" but sometimes it wont. So I am having to leave it hanging out some and it is creating a lot of waste. And a couple of times it has pulled all the vinyl back in like it would have sucked up about 2' and then start cutting on nothing. Is this normal or is there a setting I need to change?

I need to cut out this logo. I have it saved to my computer and can open it in SB but I dont know what to do with it after that... Will it just cut it like I see it or is there something else I need to do to it?

I tried the vectorize thing but it said it is not Monochrome but when I select it to be monochrome I loose the triangles.... That is actually the only part I need.

I have it set at .60 now and dont have the problem anymore. Is that too high? Is there any problems with it being set to high? I have a MH871. Also how noisy are these machines supposed to be? mine seems noisier than the only other one that I have seen run?

We are trying to correctly install signblazer and the computer won't seem to "read" the cutter. And when we turn the cutter on, it makes an awful sound and we were able to determine that the belt is very loose. The metal roller is loose at the end with the gear causing it to rock forward and loosen the belt. Should we just box it up and send it back? Or is there something else we can do?

Well I tore into it last night and fixed the bearing myself Its cutting now but I've got a lot of learning to do.

Had a buddy come out and fix the "communication" problem. I wouldn't have even known where to start. So now its just the feeding problem. Cant wait for tomorrow.

Yes U.S. cutter MH871. I dint even know if I am doing it right. If I had some that would tell me do this, do that, then this then press that.... Now it should be cutting the letter A When I get the font and word in there then hit cut then in another window I hit cut tile. Then nothing happens. is that what I am supposed to do? I want to learn how to do this but cant find much instruction on it and it didnt come with much. I am not very computer savvy and do not have much extra time to search through post after post trying to find that stuff. I hit the test button a few times and it cut some little triangles then it just chattered and wouldn't pull the vinyl. took the end cover off and found out the belt was slipping. Looks as though the bearing has came out of place and letting the shaft rock forward. Yes was excited about it but that has went away. I guess I will just wait till Mon. and call them.
