Hi Paco, I hope you don't think I was knocking SC pro, that was not my intention, I like JV see points in SC pro that are not available in SBE, I was just offering my opinion on SBE till they get the update for SC Pro. I have a subscription to SC that I would love to be using. Hint Hint LOL Joe

have you tried importing you ai file into sbe for cutting, I use illustrator and corel x3 and have had exellent luck with contour cutting. just this weekend I printed and cut 15 chest logos for a school in sbe and was surprised how good it came out.

I just reinstalled signcut-x2 and trying to set it up for simple contour cut, following the tutorial, after aligning everything (using pen plotter) when I got to cut paper is fed out the back and cutter head goes all the way to right against kill switch. I know this has to be a simple setting issue, but I am stumped.

Thank you for your looking into it, did not have this problem with signcutx2 until I upgraded to production pro.

Mainly the questions were on how my cutter was connected, whether usb or serial, what my settings were, whether I had tried it with usb, what cutter I had selected in the set up. My only problem with the software is it would not communicate through the alignment panel for contour cut.

I am experiencing some of the same problems with signcut everything has worked fine except the contour cut, when I go to the align registration marks panel it stops working. I submitted a ticket to support, but after a series of question and answers they stopped responding ?

Thank All, found the problem, blade dull. changed blade and all is fine now except a wasted roll of vinyl LOL.

when I cut, it is not cutting all sides completely, some sides it is leaving a dotted line(cut) please help.

I found the answer, you have an check box in the print setup to cut mask and print mask, just unchecked print works fine now.

Finally got my cutter set up and working right with signblazer (only took me 6 months LOL) . My question when using the print and cut features, is there a way to not print the cut mask so the line doesn't show on the printed product.

I am looking for vinyl that can be applied on the inside and viewed from the outside, is there such vinyl and if so who makes it
