    Flexisign-Pro 8.1 and MAC

I use Flexi 8.5v2 with a Mac and it works perfectly...

Flexi 7.0 installing fonts from other programs?

Does anyone know how to do this with a Mac? I have the same issue but there's no such thing as a "fonts folder" in a mac....

    Daige Cold Laminator Issue

We have a Daige cold laminator. We use it with oracal 631 with RTape Clear Choice AT60. Problem: the laminator tends to pinch the vinyl backing together resulting in an unusable product. Does anyone out there work with this laminator or know how I can avoid the dreaded pinching! No one likes pinching!!

    Oracal 631 Won't Stick

We went to install some wall graphics using Oracal 631 yesterday and ran into a problem we haven't seen before - the vinyl wouldn't stick to the wall! If we had any success, we found that the graphic would lift almost immediately. The wall was pretty normal - some texture but nothing too drastic, basic paint job. I've attached a photo of the stairwell we were putting it up in. Anyone have any ideas why this happened?

    Best App Tape

We are a vinyl wall art company that uses Oracal 631 vinyl. Up until now we've used RTape Clear Choice AT60 - General Purpose Clear for our masking purposes. We noticed that Oracal sells an masking product specifically for 631 (Oracal ORATAPE HT55 Decorative Film Application Tape for 631 Vinyl). Does anyone know if there is a huge difference between the two? Oratape is slightly more expensive but if it works better somehow we're up for it...
  6. We have a pcut630 with a brand new blade. It cuts when it isn't supposed to (usually when it is moving across the vinyl) and doesn't connect the lines in other spots. I'm assuming this is a pressure issue. Am I right?

Crashes When I Try To Cut

We just wanted to come back and say that Kimon and Sign Cut were awesome to us. They helped us (over off-forum email) every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful to them. With the help of an added adapter we are now happily on our way and cutting!

    Illustrator CS4 to Signcut x2

I have CS4 and work with Sign Cut as well. The CS3 plug in should work fine for you as it did for me. Go to AI and click on "File". "Send to Sign Cut" is on the very bottom of the list, under "print". Also, when you save files, click on "save as" and you'll find that you have the option of saving your work in CS3 or CS2, ect.

Crashes When I Try To Cut

Kimon, We have sent the email. Looking forward to getting this one figured out! Thanks!

AND... it should be noted that ai files freeze the program at the same spot. So, to clarify: ai files freeze the program while eps files seem to abort sign cut altogether.

Crashes When I Try To Cut

Yes, yes! I'm having the exact same issue with my mac (OS X 10.5). I have successfully downloaded and use the program but it aborts when you click on "cut out". I am using eps files, per Ken's advice.
