They changed some setting on the device manage on my computer.

talk to the support today for 3 hours finally it works now.

SCAL 3 which came with the cutter. I already uninstall and re install it. but no help.

I got the cutter for 3 days now and had waste a lot of vinyl already. The cutter always gives me bonus cut my project. Here is what im already done: used serial port, ground the cutter, update driver and same things happen.

I just buy the SC and and sure cuts alot, is there anyway to convert Silhouette file to use for sure cut alot or Silhouette file to svg.Thanks
