Hi guys, i know this question has been asked about a million times probably, but i need to know how to do contour cutting. i cant find the link and i cant find it in the manual.

I'm using sign blazer. Please help.

I had to re-format my computer b/c of a virus and when i try to re-install sign Blazer it says i have already installed it on another computer and wont allow me to continue with setup.

Please help.

p.s its the same computer i am trying to reinstall on.

now its telling me that "this is not a monochrome image. cannot vectorize".... now what do i do?

i found the VECTORIZE icon, but its greyed out..?

how  can i select it?

FYI, i'm using the SB that came with the machine.... there was no activation code etc... so i'm running the trial version.... could that be why?

if so, how/where do i get the activation code?

I'm using the PCUT Creation 630.

i'm making my signs with the provided software Sign Blazer.

I've set up my workspace etc... and i am trying to cut images.  JPG or TIF or Bitmap... but when i click on "cutter" i get an error message that says "this drawing contains bitmap.  only other objects will be cut and the bitmaps will not be cut."  (all objects are JPG) then it goes to the next screen; and there is nothing showing and nothing cuts....

what am i doing wrong?

[Newbie Needing Help with new PCUT-630]

I just received me PCUT630.  i installed as per the manual on my laptop.

its connected via USB.  I'm using sign blazer.  I'm trying to test this thing; it does the little squar test no problem.  I've configured the setting to how i want them and the head of the plotter is set to the right of the machine if standing in front of it.

When it installed, the PC assigned USB Serial Port COM4.

the settings on sign blazer are Cutter = Creation PCut CT630; Output Device = Blazer.COM4: - USB Serial Port.  I'm trying to cut out some text but wirh i click on CUT A PRINT i get an error message that says "The file does not have the print information needed to cut the print"

Can anyone help me through this.
