EVERY single time that I'm working on SignBlazer I get this message: "An unrecoverable error has ocured!!! It may be possible to save your work to a file. The file will be named 'SignBlazerRecover.sbd'." And then it shuts down. Need help fixing that and the other problem that I have is, when I'm writing something, as soon as I move the cursor, I can't see the words anymore. The 'workspace' becomes blank(??) Any thoughts?? Help please... Newbie very anxious to start doing SOMETHING!!!

Nonabelle, maybe you can help me too! Everytime that I send something to cut, the LCD display says: "Waiting" and doesn't do anything and sometimes, prior to that, the carriage hits the red button on the left and I get the black blocks on the LCD display. Got my cutter yesterday and haven't done anything with it yet. HELP :-
