thanks jhelms i tried that but it doesnt work. the port shows the cutter connected & all. but the cutter is just sitting there.

HELP!! ive been using my pcut fine for 8 months, then today i tried to use it...& its not working. it will show the virtual cut line tracing the image in SB but nothing is happening. i have a small job to today & i need it to work very bad... thanks for helping me.

im pissed sorry guys... no support from uscutter!!!! anyways i installed the software, the baud & port is set.. the machine still wont cut, im using usb. the serial cable is male/female. but my laptop serial/ cutter serial is female/female... im in my new business & im about to open my doors to the public in a few days & im struggling for help b/c of this machine.. can someone call me asap phil 804-767-8113
