im use ill CS3 hey JG i ungroup it and it seem to do nothing it say to group it is that correct or is there a missing step

ok i cant find the combine object can you direct me to that so if i combine is that going to be one whole image will it cut the parts that is white since theres a layer in the back ?

ok this is going to be hard to explain but here i go im useing CS3 . ok heres a picture of a gun with a hand and i think theres two layers white and black how would i just make that one whole color with out them being layers . i attach an epsto see what im talking about. any help would be nice thanks in advance handgun.eps handgun.eps

Yahoooo. i got it to work all you need to do was hook up the tan serial wire that came with the cutter in to the usb to serial converter ,as i just hook the converter in to the cutter with out the tan serial wire that came with the cutter, haha pretty funnyas i bought a "null modem adapter" that a us cutter support rep ask me to do but dont really need so but thanks anyways, hopefully this can help someone as i made a dumb mistake.

i just bought one and was wondering is the computer suppose to read the cutter? it reads the serial converter thanks and what are your setting thanks

i bought a usb to serial converter set the setting that need to be set, Bite Per Second -9600,Data Bits-8, Parity-None,Stop Bits-1,Flow Control-Hardware, those are the setting, is the computer suppose to recognize the cutter ? cause it recognize the usb to serial converter. When i change the flow control to None it sends but cutter doesn't response any suggestion thanks

thanks for the reply theres no red x's or yellow exclamation point it doesnt even pop up i reinstall my driver and everything nothing works i just submitted a ticket they said my usb port must of got shock and i might need a new i/o board , but now i just bought a serial to usb connector to see if that would work. ill keep yall updated maybe this would help anyone else later on thanks

HAS ANYONE PUT A NEW US Cutter MH Mainboard Assembly - Square USB Port IN BEFORE? OK i had my 721 for almost a year now, last time i use it was 3 weeks ago. now i came back to use it , my computer doesn't detect it. it give me an error saying this usb has malfunction. but when i did start my computer for the first time i run signblazer it show up that the cutter com4 is there then i try to cut but it didn't send to the cutter.so i then unplug the cutter restart computer and now it doesn't show up WTF. i did everything from reinstalling to trying 4 different usb and usb slot. what can it be maybe the main board? anyone had this happen befor?
