I just purchased signblazer pro and have not had a chance to try it to see if that resolves the issue. 3 letters U S A 6" for all 15X5yard vinyl tile yes not sure what else to include. any suggestions. I will also post after I try with the full version..tomorrow night. Thanks All..nebee appreciates your help :0)
  2. Hi.. Ken how do I send only you a pm? just fyi...it does not seem to matter what job I send to cutter. it does the same thing. I just picked the usa letters as it was easier to describe what its doing. I just received the full signblazer pro software- so I am hoping it will resolve itself. Thanks Again Flagme
  3. Hello... more info. Serial connect. not usb..so no driver problem software is signblazer- trial..full version on the way it does not hit the kill switch...it goes to the middle of the vinyl on the outside of the letter which is about half way of the vinyl they just goes in a straight line up and down the middle. it does not stop until 2 passes. would be happy to take pics of settings it you tell me what ones you want I am baffled..but as I say..its most likley me being a new-bee... Thanks for ANY help.
  4. :'( Hi- I already posted this and got 1 reply...to hang in there...but now cannot find the post..so reposting. I am new to plotter cutters, and after waiting about 5 yds of vinyl- have got the basics down...so now its just practice.... BUT..I am having 2 problems I cannot get past. I type 3 letters to be cut...U S A. it cuts the U then stopps. I adjusted the work space and now get the U then the blade goes to the side of the tile and cuts straight down the middle of the vinyl to the end of the workspace defined and then straight up to the top of the vinyl then down to the bottom and up to the top...all in a straight line. Then stops. HELP!!!!! What is going on? I expect its setup somewhere...but am baffled at this point. anyon out there have any ideas...please...
  5. Just to peese your curiosity- it is not the "blade" cover but the whole unit housing. on laserpoint24's they have a red cover that covers the whole unit. I knew it was not right when i took it off....an it did not come off easy...my only thoughts was it was new and stiff. but without any manual or guidlines..all I could do was use this forum for help. one person mentioned that as loading the blade... not a good move..but does not seem to be detramenta...
  6. oh ya!! blew that one again. I have a USCutter laserpoint 24 brand new. Thank You
  7. :'( I am new to the plotter world but have gotten TONS of info from this forum. Thank YOU all kind folks to help. I have gotten a pretty good handle on cutting vinyl..wasted about a 15" X5yard roll learning..but what the heck... I cannot get past this item. and I know its me or a setting causing it..but without a manual (the offered download is a currept file) I am stuck...so HELP!!!!!!HELP!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. I sent 3 letters to the cutter..USA only U would print. then the cutter went 1/2 wide of the vinyl and up and down in a straight line..3 times. never attempted the second letter??? then stopped ,,I am now confused as hell!!! 2. Thought it was my workspace size for #1 above so I adjusted as it is a 15"X5yd roll of vinyl. Adjusted the letters- qty 3- A's 2.1 not sure if it is better to do qty 3- A's or Qty 1- copies 3 A's? anway 2.2 THE BIG ONE again!!! it cut the first A- then went to the bottom of the vinyl all the way to the top of the vinyl, all the way to the bottom of the vinyl..in a staight line and then.. of course...jammed on the vinyl... SO..WHAT IS MAKING IT GO TO THE BOTTOM THEN THE TOP THEN THE BOTTOM THEN THE TOP IN A LINE???:P Anyone??? Help? I expect this is a setting- but cannot fathom...have read and read and read...frustration is getting me after days of this... HELP!!! Anyone?

    Need manual for laserpoint24

Hi- " a down from here" ? not sure why you would say that as many posts are about the laserpoint 24? please send me specifics if you know something I don't. Thank You FlagMe
  9. Hello- I am frustrated that USCutter does not include a manual. on the small amount of information they include with their cutters it refers you to the following website to download the pdf. http://www.pcut-cn.com/edownload/download.php and select PCut instruction manual for CT series cutting plotter. only problem is the file is damaged and adobe will not repair or download it. anyone out there have a manual? help. Thanks tons
  10. Wow...I have never been on a forum that actually worked..this is awesome. the one picture told a thousand words...I know know how to load it and now I believe I am onto the next step. I actually thought it went in upside down...so much for the new girl on the vinyl block :0)I should not have removed the red cover..and hope that will not cause issues as it fit snug before and now?? You are all AWESOME!!!!! Thank You Tons
  11. Hi- yes that might help. laserpoint 24 uscutter. I am very technical...but this has me stumped. If I could see a picture I would get it ...but me manual is all text. I am so happy you responded.
  12. I am brand new to cutters and soooo excited to use this new machine, but the general discriptions of loading the blade has me stumped. I have no picture of what it is supposed to look like. I found reference to removing the red cover and inserting the blade..but I fear the red cover did not come off easily and now I am not sure that was correct. Once off- i found no downward slot to put any blade. all of them were horizontal. HELP!!!! anyone out there that can walk me through this... I would SOOOOOOOOOOOO appreciated it. Thank You FlagMe
