  1. Thanks for your suggestions. I had actually already tried both of the suggestions above: saving as an eps file the opening it if SignCut. and, all text is converted to curves (I've always done that - less problems...). This is just so peculiar. I previously had my ZenCut Green attacted to a PC. I do my design work from my Mac. I would then save my eps file from AI to a shared directory on my network. I'd then open up SignCut on the PC, open the eps file and cut my file. no problem. When my SignCut license was up, I decided to simplify my process and went with SignCut for Mac. Now my cutter is directly connected to my Mac... now I have this sizing up problem...
  2. I hope someone can help me with this problem. I am connected to my ZenCut Green by serial (w/ Keyspan) from my Mac OSX. When I send a file to the cutter - "Send to SignCut" using the pull down menu (see attachment 1) - SignCut comes up, everything looks good - sizes are correct (attch-2 & attch-3). I then "reverse" the image and "rotate" it to optimize material used . All the sizes still are correct (attch-4). So I send it to cut - (attch-5 & attch6) When it begins to cut - I can immediately tell it is going to enlarge/size up the image. From testing it a few times it seems to be shifting the decimal point on the size. For instance if I want the image to be 2.5" I need to manipulate the image size in SignCut and change it to: .25" - (attch-6 & attch7). Oh BTW - and I have Claibrated cutter size.
