Can anyone point me in the direction to get an on-line english manual for the Laser 24 contour cutter and also for signblazer. I Just bought on the is less than three months old and the instructions are not even in english. Can anyone help me. I like to read first then come here to get clarity on stuff i don't understand. When I open Sign Blazer on my Laptop with win. 7 When the button appears for the trial mode it starts counting up to 30. If I try clicking on the trial button before it reaches 30 the count up will start over again at 1. This is a real pain, the computer works fine with win. XP pro. Is there away around this count up? Pat

My wife has tried to make a design of a motorcycle wheel spokes and all. She can create it in Paint Shop Pro but cant get the image looking right when tring to duplicarte in signblazer. She has been working wonders with signblazer up to now, but is stuck on this one. Corel Draw is being impossible when we try to vectorize the image. Can anyone offer any tips on getting this image to work. It is as said a Motorcycle wheel with spokes, the wheel has wording circling the tire. Please offer suggestions this client has been waiting for a little while for this vinyl cut for his van. Pat

In the past I have been able to use Corel draw to vectorize images. I now need a pair of boxing gloves and for the life of me I cant get it vectorized. I cant get the CMX into sign blazer or if I do get the image to where I think it it vectorized Sign Blazer comes back saying it nis still a bitmap. I need thgis like yesterday please help. Pat

I am in need of a vectorized image of a pair of boxing gloves. I have tried over and over with Corel Draw 9 to do It but its not working I must be doing somthing wrong. I have done other images but cant do this one. I need this like yesterday. Pat

How do you multitask with sign blazer? Often while using the cutter to cut my Wife needs to start working on the next design but is unable to open a second sign blazer program that would allow her to do that. Does anyone have any suggestions? Pat

Some of the graphics I use cut out perfect others the blade just jumps up and down, then moves and jumps up and down again. Some small signs can take an hour to go thru the cutter and many times I can not use them because the vinyl is cut all the shreds. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I prevent it from happening? Pat

Nope no error msg. or anything, just nothing happens the second program does not open. Pat

Well the more my wife uses sign blazer the better she gets. She never liked Corel draw, but then she does all her art work in Paint Shop Pro 9. She is just looking for any easier way that still lets her use PSP. Now she is doing her curves and designs rather fast and the cutting is going much faster. Thanks for the input. Pat

I am having a problem when I cut that cuts are made where I dont want it. I can type a word then when I cut it the complete word cuts just fine but then a line can end up being cut right through the middle of the word. This also happens at times with images. As you can imagine this makes it very hard to weed. Any ideas why this happens? Pat

Well I hooked up the ground wire this morning and cut all day with no problems of extra lines being cut. Now to find out how to setup Signblazer to allow me to do more than one cut at a time with out having to make the tile really long and two or three items instead of it cutting them separate. Pat

The video looks good, however do you have one with sound for the full explanation. But what happens when a client gives me an image that needs more that Sign Blazer can do? Pat

I will try saving it as something else, right now I need to get this figured out I'm using Corel Draw 9 to vectorize the image. Let me know if Anyone has any suggestions on how to keep my images from cutting in dots instead of lines. Pat

I am not sure if this is sign blazer or my MH721 cutter. When I cut vinyl that is lets say 40 inches long and attempt to do a second cut of the same image my sign blazer freezes up on my to the point I have to restart my computer. At times if the cut is too long the program/cutter freeze during the cut and the cutter stops. I have not figured out yet how to set the program to make more than one cut with out the cutter starting back at the begging, one inch from the top of the first cut. My cutter is connected via USB could this be my trouble? Pat

So much for that I have saved it over and over again as an .ai but when i upload it all i get is cmx. I will keep trying

My wife tried to select all then change the image to one color. The image is in a box sort of, then everything in that box changes to black image and surrounding white space becomes black. Now for the next part, yes the image is imported and vectorized. How do I go about uploading and image, what file do you need to see, the vectorized, or the jpeg before vectoring, or do you want me to upload the sign blazer file. I have to cut this tomorrow and would love to have the cutter cutting as it should Pat

I will post the file this evening. It is a file that has been vectorized. My wife is also asking is there anyway to make a graphic all black so there is not so many boxes to check when trying to cut it. She uses PSP 9 and as far as she can tell all the graphic is one shade of black yet when we attempt to cut it there is like 30 shades of black that have to be checked? Pat

well that did not fix the problem. It started out ok other than having to unplug the usb cable after each cut so the next cut would work. Now it seems to start cut a few letters and a long line for the box then it stops cutting all of a sudden. Could it be a bad usb cable

Ok I think I got it working. My wife suggested restoring defaults first then setting flow control. When I did this the flow control stayed as hardware like I wanted. Now to start cutting and see if it works. Thank-you everyone, mostly Levi at Uscutter. Pat

Well I called UScutter today, but did not have Internet so they were not able to fully fix the problem. We found out what is wrong but we could not seem to fix it. I will call again in the morning It seems that my flow control wont save when I change it in Dev. manager, it keeps reverting back to none.Hopefully tomorrow will fix the problem, then I will be able to get these orders out the door with out waisting so much vinyl. I am not sure of this has to do with my signblazer or my cutter the MH 751. I am doing signs two sided, but can only cut one side at a time. If I set it to cut two copies the first cut goes ok but the second copy starts at the point of origin and it is off from the first copy about two inches. How can I get two or more copies of the same cut done with out having to sit infront of the PC andcutter to do it manually? Pat

I have the advance page after job checked, then there is an item right under that which says gap between jobs, this is set at 1.0 What should it be? I really need to get this figured out so i dont after continue setting after each layout has been cut. Pat
