using signcut

I have mh721 cutter with keyspan and its grounded. Test cut works perfect but real cut blade never drops but everything else works. Any ideas?

I have the cutter grounded to the stand, I don't know about the memory just what ever it comes with. Is there a way to clear the memory or do I need to add more?

My cutter is messing up on a cut that 17 inches long, it will cut half of it the cut a square around it then drag the blade across it then it will do the same on the second half. I use signcut and I also have a keyspan. Im new to cutting so it is probably something simple im doing Thanks for any help

Im new to inkscape, I been trying to learn with videos and just guessing. How do you do 2 colors letters where the bottom layer color makes an outline around the top layer. Any help of videos would be great Thanks.
