I dont understand "Ticket"

I have setup cp2500 input and the usb002 as the output device

yes all each one by one but it doesent seem to do any thing I saved my setup and everything can load onto the cut area and then press cut and receive the tile but when I push on the tile it just sits there and does nothing.

yes and still nothing at the cutter Iam running CP2500 in put and the usb 002 as out put device in the setup

Hello I need help with the install for my cutter MH 871 Iam running win 7-64 on my computer with signblazer and flexi8.5. But I cant seam to get the cutter to be reconized !! Iam using a wireless mouse and I have tried usb and serial connections and nothing as far as connection or setup what am i doing wrong I had the cutter for about a year and a half and just moved and setting it up for the first time. I am using MH 721 input and usb for output

Hello my name is Jack from Sylvester,Georgia I have tried and tried again to install Sign blazer ,SAi have downloaded ftdi 4 win 7 64 us cutter does not show in divice manager driver showes in add remove programs just cant get things to talk to each other some help would go a long way thanks Trkn-2
