figured out my problem...nevermind.. couldnt figure out how to delete this post

I have not had a chance to use my cutter in awhile and recently moved as well...so when I got moved in and got it all set up I decided to mess with it a little bit..when I try and cut it says can not open port..how do i go about correcting this problem??

ok on the flexi program..where do i go to adjust the offset? as i mentioned before..i am completely new at this

what is a good starting point on the offset? sorry for all the questions

guys im sure this question has been asked a million times...but i am a newbie here and very new with vinyl cutters. My fiance and I just play around with it and decorate stuff around the house...anyways we recently purchased it and still getting all the bugs worked out...i have figured almost everything out except this one problem and i just can not figure it out... whenever i cut something it will not finish the letters or connect them back however you want to say it...for example if i was to cut an I..the dot would like almost like a spiral shape... any input is greatly appreciated. thanks! -Chris
