  1. Thanks in advance.. Having some trouble laying translucent vinyl on a outdoor awning , this image is 125 " x 36 " ,and in shape of an umbrella,, we have done 2 of these now and the bubbles are unreal ,, I have put it on wet and did every possible technique doable to these , I am finding the masking is making the bubles worse ,so i have one more to do on monday and was thinking no masking this time and hinge it like normal and maybe use a few pieces of maksing to hold it easy and use a ton of soapy water and just pray it works better ,, any other thoughts ,even the pro guy was stumped on how hard it was to install ,we might of got old stuff or something not sure ,the lettereing went on easy and bubbles were easy to get rid of.. thanks.

On the first pic the 2 wheels at bottom will go in but it seems like i really have to force it to get the top one in ,second pic is outside of the what to me looks like where it should sit in.

I just bought a cheap plotter to do odd jobs ,, today the carriage hit the vinyl and and really messed up,, it is making a noise like the belt wants to strip the gear, but it seems the carriage fell off the roller part, i am not sure how this carriage sits on with the 3 wheels ,does it go inside as if it sits outside it seems to loose and there are 2 wheels at the bottom and one on top with the belt pulling from side to side,, do these wheels go inside as it doesnt seeem to fit and if just rolls on the outside it seems to loose to me ,, i should of looked at it a little better ,i am new to this stuff so be gentle with me and i appreciate the help ..
