    When I send my image to cut, a few of the letters are filled in(blacked out), not allowing the center of the letter to be cut out. (e,o,d,g,etc) The image looks great before I send it. I am importing a postscript file. Something simple probably. Any suggestions. :help: thanks, Scott

    Ran a test cut. Looks like this tool is OK. Read a few of the other posts having the same question. Guess I'm in good shape.

    Just got my new PCut. The knife holder I have isn't the same as the manual shows. Mine is a black 2 piece unit with a small shaft sticking out of the top. I also have a black 2 piece pin holder. Are these the correct tools? thanks, Scott
