What is shorting out on it? Does the power stay on consistantly or is that what is shorting out.

Just got mine the other day and love how easy it is to use. I just have a couple questions. How long do the knives last? I got some vinyl off ebay and its 6 year vinyl. Thats all I know about it. Is there any way to get rid of the little miscut hangers on some of the cuts? Or is that caused by the feed being uneven or something? Thanks, I think thats will do it for now. Matt

I just got my new FlexiStarter with Contour Cut installed yesterday and was ready to start cutting some stickers. I have having a problem with the Project Manager not giving me the option for aligning the cutter with the registration marks. I am using a Creation Pcut CT630 from US Cutter. I can send to the cutter and it cuts fine, it just doesn't give me the option for aligning the registration marks with the cutter. I have tried selecting several different versions of my cutter and no change, well except the the software blowing out on me when selecting certain cutters. Any Suggestions Matt

I have noticed a increase in popularity of the euro oval stickers. Is it just something new people are jumping on the band wagon with? Is there anything stopping anyone for making these or is there some silly patent on making a white oval sticker with a black outline. I know it sounds like a stupid question, but I have seen stupider trademarks and patents on stuff.

Just turn the stroke off all together.

It looks like you have outline around all your ovals. They are small outlines and the cutter wants to cut on both sides of that outline which looks like the same line. I think I got it fixed. try this one out. wwjd.svg wwjd.svg

Was wondering if there will any issues with applying heat vinyl on the back of a shirt that has been screen printed. Printed on front, heat on the back. Matt

Here is one that was posted earlier in this thread by outbreak. you can make them easy enough. I just do a 3x5 oval with an outline and whatever graphic inside. Many people make different sizes.

I haven't gotten to try transfer paper yet but have been contour cutting a bunch of vinyl. The Pcut isn't set up for contour cutting but I purchased FlexiStarter 8.6 with the contour cutting option. It's set up to manually alight the cutter with the registration marks. It's taking a lot of tweaking to get it working perfect, but its getting there.

Do most of these transfer papers cut ok on the plotters. For example contour cutting. I assume they do, but just making sure. Does anyone have a couple sheets of JPSS they would be willing to sell me. I want to try some out before I make a big order. My new Cobra 1100 got shipped today and looking forward to putting it threw the paces.
