Hi I am having trouble importing pictures to my sign blazer software. I go to import and try to click folders on the right and nothing happens. I am thinking it has something to do when I had to reboot my computer awhile back. when I got sign blazer reloaded on my computer though all my files that I had made/design where still there so I thought nothing was wrong. But now I can not get pictures imported into the software.

I somehow vector it into a blue color after a few times and it worked that way. Thanks again Bruce.

Ok that worked but ?now part of my logo is filled in where it shouldn't be. what do I do now. This is my logo and it is filling in the empty spots in the tree and also the middle part of the D in dunn's

Hi everyone I am trying to cut a .JPG image that I imported into signblazer, but it keeps saying that this drawing contains a bitmap. Only other object will be cut and the bitmaps will not be cut. How do I fix this? So I can cut my logo out. Thanks all help is appreciated

I have finsihed setting everything up on my computer but the pcut still won't seem to cut. everything is set to what the set-up instructions say but still nothing. I am sure it is just something simple I am missing, BUt not sure what. I even changed the baud from 9600 to 19200 but still nothing. All help greatly appreicated. Thanks again

Hi everyone I am having a problem where black blocks are displayed in the LCD window of my PCUT vinyl cutter. I just set it up today and everything was going fine. I went to do the test cut of squares by turning it offline then hitting pause twice and it went to cut great. But I had the vinyl on the left side of the machine since the numbers start on the left. So I moved the cutter over to the left with the arrows. Then hit the origin setting button. The LCD then said waiting and after 5-10 minutes of it saying waiting. I shut the machine off with the power button. When I turned it back on it has a row of black blocks and will not respond. Any ideas greatly appreicated.
