see if theres 2 times overlay the same text, which blade do you use? 45 or 60? and it also depends the thickness os the word in the text, even a brand plotter sometimes cannot do the cut if it is a small thickness. if the thickness is small then 2mm you can have that problem, if you have Corel Draw program you can enlarge the thickness with the Contour ferrament in the Effects.

I have a US CUtter mh1351, it has a laser point in the carriage, near the blade holder, is this the Red Eye? Contour Cutting? I'm sorry about the question but i'm new in this area of Red Eye. My plotter is the Basic Model of US Cutter mh1351 the black who appears in the site of www.uscutter.com not the Red plotter.

ok, i will try to set the Offset Values. i also cannot connect the Cutter with serial Port, it gives the Write Port Error, or Cannot Open Port.

the offset is ok, i also have a Roland Pnc 950 (old machine) and works ok with this offset properties. i also have a problem, and cannot instal the Us Cutter mh 1351 with the serial port, today i buy a Converter LPT (db25) to Serial (db9), i'm gonna try the connection with LPT, may'be the connection failed with USB.

I have a Us Cutter mh1351 Refine, and it has a problem with the cut, if i cut a square the first side of the square is a cut very soft (won't cut well),the rest is good and it won't finish the cut, Not finish the cut i resolved with the FlexiSign Pro 8.1, i click in the Overcut function and it works good, but the rest i don't know how to resolved, so i think may'be the Ground Hire could work in this case. In Portugal we have AC220V.

it's onliy compatible in the version FlexiSign 8.5 and 8.6, why people insiste in working with a cutter plotter in Windows 7 and Windows Vista? it better works with Windows Xp, and if you have a computer only do cuts and another for design you install Windows 2000 in the Pc who works with the plotter and you will see the diference..

i have a Mh1351 refine, i think it the same as Pcut 50" anda have the same problem, The not finishing cut i resolved with the program FlexiSign 8.1 Pro version, it works with the Overcut, you can selected how much inches you want the plotter to pass again.
