    camo gun wraps

jfought, it might not hold up as well as hydro dipping, but what mossyoak says it is easy to put on and take off, not for a long term cover up from what I read, just to get you thru a hunting season. I just bought a new rifle and I can not afford to have it dipped and I would not do that to a new gun anyways because of the warranty. I would spend 30 bucks for a camo cover that I can put on and take off. It says it does not leave a residue like the other cloth material do and the other stuff also starts having little strings start unravaling on them. The reviews I been reading is mostly positive so I believe it is worth a try and YES I do agree with you that it will not last a long time but long enough to get me thru a season or 2 and then I can get mine dipped.

    help with this image

Could be Mark, just can not figure it out. The blacks and oranges want to cut different times and not all at one time like they usually do. I tried moving all the pieces by colors and weld them different ways and even tried welding them with the images all together and selecting end grouping each color. One of those I want to pull my hair out on,, LOL Even tried to change the gradients colors to one color. Probably just end up making it all black and white. Thanks Thomas

    help with this image

Every time I have worked on this image I put it in cut mode and it shows there are several blacks and a couple oranges with there being a couple of pieces in each color to make up all the pieces in that color and I have tried to weld the colors to where they do not cut separate. I tried putting all the blacks together then weld them and same with the oranges but every time I do it puts them out of order on top of colors that they should be under. I have windows 7 and use flexi 8 and also tried working on it in inkscape. I know there is a way to do it just not got it there yet. Any help would be appreciated Thomas Bare Arms.pdf

    Feather(s)

Guess I should have been more descriptive about the type huh. I live in a State where there is a huge Native Amercian presence and there are a lot of them driving vehicles that they have put feather decals on the windows or on some part of the vehicle. Probably more along the lines of Eagle Feathers. Thanks for the link Thomas

    Feather(s)

I have been looking for a detailed feather(s) to cut and put on my pickup. I see them all the time on other vehicles but have not had any luck finding the ones that are detailed like the ones I have been seeing. I was wandering if anyone has any? Thank You Thomas

How did you expect me to respond by correcting my spelling like I am a child. I knew when I posted it that the spelling was wrong but I knew it would be understood anyways. Kind of disrespectful on your part. I have nothing against you and just posted something that I been thinking for a while. This is the reason I do not post to begin with and I am now going back into lurking mode. I hope the best for you and like I said want happen again.

    Googled Images

I am getting confused about images, starting to happen more and more lately, LOL I thought the idea of someone putting an image on this forum as a raster and a vector was because they were sharing that image with everyone here. Now it seems the common response is "google it". Most generally when you google it, it is a raster image and you have to vectorize it. When you get an image off google isn,t that the same as taking an image without permission, aren't those images protected under copy right laws verses getting an image here on this forum that has been posted to be shared. Maybe time to clarify on how and where to get images. Thomas
  14. For LXi files you have the option to open the VE files then instead of saving as you export the file into whatever format you want it saved as, mine I exprt as eps files at the same time I save it as a VE file. That way if I can not open the VE file I still have it as another format to open. I save an image as a VE file then export it as the same name into EPS and JPEG files so that I can view it without having to open each one to see what it is.
  15. Was looking for some patterns to cut Zebra print, leopard spots, tiger stripes. Anyone have any good ones? I have searched here and online and there are not very many other than smaller ones that do not cover a larger area. Can you think of any other types that would be good to put down as first layer then put names on top for kids? Thomas
