    Thank you slice&dice! That's sad but I'm also glad I;m not the idiot I started to feel like after trying to get things to poll for hours.

    I hope I posted this in the proper forum. I just purchased an USCutter MH871 Installed it and the software that came with it. Windows 7 Comport 1 Hookup Can anyone tell me why my Flexi sign pro 10 is not polling? I get the error: "Cutter is not responding to poll size" I have uninstalled, re installed, check connection etc. It will cut but not poll Thank you!
