My other computer crashed. I did extract it and run it. It is not showing on my list of devices. I have uninstalled it once and reinstalled it. But still having problems with it not showing up.

I got a new HP computer with windows 10. I can't get it to recognize my graphtec ce5000-60. I have installed the driver https://www.graphtecamerica.com/s/OPS662ver40-32x64.zip. When i plug in the plotter/cutter it says USB devise not recognized. can you help me to get my plotter/cutter working ,please.
