Hi all. I am trying to get into vinyl cutting and picked up this cutter off Facebook market place really cheap. I’m having trouble with it no responding when I try to send a cut from VinylMaster to it. I’m wondering if it might be a driver issue but I can’t find any identification on what the brand is of this cutter. Does anyone recognize it and could tell me what it is? thanks so much
