I have a vinyl master xy380p, all of a sudden the feeder roller bar stopped feeding the vinyl forward or backward. I have tried the panel on top of the plotter and the cutter blade will go left and right but the buttons to forward or backward the vinyl does not work all of a sudden. I have taken the plotter apart, but there is no belt to activate the plotter.
How do I find out where the power supply is located and how to check it, is there schematics for the plotter somewhere?
