    thanks yeah been through the connectors etc and no i didn't ;( hoping its not that going to check if the down pressure has gone to zero later as i did a reset too thanks

    hi so i changed the usb d port today took the main board off to do so and re assembled but pen does not work under test or in main menu ? any ideas please thanks Dan
