    Found sensor...I replaced it with a part from another machine exact same model..still does not work

    This machine was previously working but turned it on this morning and its not working

    If no media loaded plotter will power up and saying on display v 5.40 hl then will say load media..I load media and it just sits there does nothing else....now if I power up plotter with media already loaded comes up with display reading v5.40 hl and just sits there running any idea whats going on
