    Hi Could you help with my PixMax cutter, it seems the vinyl is slipping. We have the pinch rollers on full force and it still misses on the design (see photo) This doesn't happen with all vinyls we use, just the thinner ones. The second image is from the sign cut and shows the design is ok and the problem is with the cutter. Here's hoping someone can help TIA Denise
