I believe the model you're mentioning is quite a bit newer than this plotter. This one says it's DuraSign T140....it's not black like the 1400's....it's cream colored. Excuse clutter, I had just pushed stuff aside for this monster, lol. It's been dusted off and covered since that day.

Thank you! oh, he mentioned having to have a windows 7 system, do you know if it is possible to get it going with a windows 10? I'm probably dreaming, lol. I should be able to pick up a cheap older unit, if needed

I recently acquired a Summa DuraSign t140, i think? in excellent condition from someone in my area.... and came here in the hopes that I could get some help with choosing a program to use with it (I believe I was told that I need to get my hands on an older pc running windows 7?) Does that sound familiar to anyone in here? lol I would really love to get this "work horse" hooked up, I'm running on a super limited, nearly non-existent budget but I need a GOAL AMOUNT so I can begin my journey . . . this procrastinating is getting me nowhere fast. I'm still at point one....my big plotter sitting in my living room...looking at me sadly... I can have a price for the computer with windows 7 on it with one phone call...and was hoping to verify this is exactly what is needed and a recommendation for any program(s) I will also be wanting to find good deals on. Thanks for any help that may come my way!!!
