So try for the late reply, I did try what you all recommend and it seemed to help much better. I don't know how they wash or dry them but I haven't gotten any reply back that they have peeled, Thank you for all of your advice.

Hi Everyone, I am looking for some quick advice. I had an opportunity to put names on the back of Jerseys. Of course it looks great after I finished them but now the names are peeling off after wash. I am using a heat press at 300 with sister easy weed, What could be going on and what advice do you have? I have no problem with cotton this jersey material is driving me batty!

I did not pre press, Should I do that with the teflon layer or without? They where New. Thanks!
